Under the contract, Teledyne will design and develop IT applications and medical manpower analytical methodologies, implement algorithms, map capabilities, optimize simulation engines, migrate tools to a cloud environment, deliver training and provide help-desk services, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

Work will be performed in Alabama and California through August 2030. Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk obligated $1,000 in fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds at the time of the award. Subsequent task orders will be funded with appropriate fiscal year operations and maintenance or RDT&E Navy funds.

The contract was competitively procured online through the Navy Electronic Commerce Online and the System for Award Management. Teledyne beat out two other bidders to win the contract.
