TAPE said Friday, Anderson, who joined the firm in March, will oversee all company operations, focusing on growth strategies, federal government client service and expanding the commercial resale sector.
During his brief tenure as COO, Anderson spearheaded the launch of Landit, TAPE’s inaugural resale product, aimed at supporting veterans, active-duty service members and their families with career preparation, job searches and training.
“Chuck has already had a tremendous impact on TAPE. His experience, vision and dedication to the military community make him the right leader to guide us into our next phase of growth and service,” said Louisa Jaffe, CEO of TAPE.
Extensive Defense and Government Background
Anderson’s 30-year defense and government experience includes leadership roles such as president and general manager at VSE and senior adviser with Bernhard Capital Partners. He was president of PAE’s $2.2 billion international business and senior vice president at Vectrus.
Anderson served in the U.S. Army, retiring as a major general. He was the commander of the 1st Army Division West and deputy commanding general of the U.S. Third Army. He was also the director of force development for the Army staff as deputy assistant G-8.
