Staffing and outsourcing services provider System One has acquired KeyLogic, a Morgantown, West Virginia-based consulting and data management company, for an undisclosed sum.
KeyLogic provides data analytics, digital transformation, agile DevSecOps and cybersecurity support services to government customers, including the departments of Defense and Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency and the Patent and Trademark Office, System One said Monday.
The acquired company will operate independently under System One’s GAP Solutions subsidiary and support government delivery efforts.
Troy Gregory, chairman and CEO of System One, said the transaction will enable the company to leverage KeyLogic’s capabilities and customer relationships to support its growth initiatives.
KeyLogic has two decades of experience in supporting mission-critical activities in the energy, commerce and defense sectors. In November 2022, the company secured an approximately $100 million contract from DOE to provide the National Energy Technology Laboratory with strategic analysis support services.
