System High Books $150M MDA Contract for Program Advisory, Assistance Services

System High has won a potential $150 million cost-plus-fixed-fee level-of-effort contract to provide the Missile Defense Agency with advisory and assistance services in support of its integrated missile defense system-related programs.

The company will help ensure MDS program protection and assist in emergency management as well as security development, implementation, test and maintenance efforts through September 2027, the Department of Defense said Friday.

Services include classified and Controlled Unclassified Information review and disclosure assistance, document declassification as well as technology transfer and munitions export/import licensing support. Work will be performed at a number of military bases in Alabama, Virginia, Colorado, New Mexico, California, Alaska and Hawaii.

MDA is obligating $8.27 million in fiscal 2022 and 2023 research, development, test and evaluation funds on the award. The agency hosted a competitive procurement via SAM.gov and gather five bids for the contract.
