The State Department has awarded four companies positions on a potential five-year, $765 million follow-on contract to facilitate foreign law enforcement training and provide related services in support of the Global Antiterrorism Training Assistance program.
According to an award notice published Wednesday, the selected vendors for the GATA III indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract are Amentum (NYSE: AMTM), IDS International, Linxx Global Solutions and Sincerus Global Solutions.
In July 2023, the department released a solicitation for the multiple-award IDIQ contract, which has a one-year base term and four option years.
Under GATA III, the contractors will support the programs of the Bureau of Diplomatic Security’s Office of Antiterrorism Assistance during periods of instability, reconstruction and overseas operations.
The vendors will also provide subject matter experts, training support specialists and program coordinators with expertise in developing and delivering non-standard training to foreign adult learners.
