The government of Greece is in need of depot-level services to repair and maintain F100-PW-229 engines equipped on F-16 Block 52+/52+ jets, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency said Wednesday.
The potential sale would provide for repair and return services, spare parts and accessories, technical documentation, engineering support, logistics and other programmatic services.
The U.S. government has not identified principal contractors for the proposed sale and will not need to assign additional representatives for overseas work.
DSCA said Greece has continuously committed to military modernization and would not have a difficult time adopting the requested services.
