SRCTec will supply the U.S. Army additional radars designed to detect incoming mortar fire as part of a two-year, $91.4M contract modification.
The modification also covers the delivery of vehicle mounts, spare parts, retrofit kits and support services, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Works under the modification is scheduled to conclude by July 16, 2021.
The company deisgned its lightweight counter-mortar radar system to provide 360-degree surveillance coverage and track rocket, artillery and mortar threats simultaneously.
