The U.S. Air Force has awarded the System of Systems Consortium a $355M contract modification to support research, development, test and evaluation work on propulsion technologies.
The modification increases the ceiling value of a $45M firm-fixed-price other transaction agreement issued in 2017 to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Centers propulsion consortium initiative, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Services provided by the SOSSEC group of academic, industry and nonprofit entities will help address future propulsion requirements across the service branch.
Work under the modification will take place in Atkinson, N.H., through July 31, 2024.
