SOS International has purchased defense and intelligence community contractor New World Solutions in an effort to expand its footprint within IC and boost its technology platforms that work to support intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and cybersecurity missions.Bob Billeaud
SOSi said Friday it will operate New World Solutions as a subsidiary and within its intelligence solutions group led by Vice President Bob Billeaud.
The company also named Harry Looney, New World Solutions president and co-founder, as head of the new subsidiary.
SOSi President and CEO Julian Setian said the company considers the acquisition of New World Solutions a strategic move that is in line with its business expansion efforts.
SOSi is a family-owned company that works to provide technology, intelligence and project management platforms and services to the private and government sectors.
