Enterprise software provider Skuid has partnered with Carahsoft Technology and Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) to help three U.S. defense agencies and a large civilian agency update applications.
Skuid said Thursday it received four government contracts to support the customers in app development and modernization initiatives.
The partnership aims to help DoD implement process-intensive apps designed to support more than 600K department employees and public users with technology from Skuid and Salesforce.
Carahsoft distributes Skuid products to the public sector market via the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V contract run by NASA and cooperative purchasing agreements managed by the National Association of State Procurement Officials and the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance.
Customer agencies have adopted Skuid and Salesforce platforms to design custom portals and asset monitoring and field inspection tools, among others.
