In this capacity, Tharp will lead the implementation of defense programs and strategic growth initiatives to help expand Sigma Defense’s presence in the West Coast market.
“Stephanie’s exceptional track record across NAVAIR, NAVWAR, PEO C4I, and other DoD organizations, combined with her deep roots in the San Diego defense community, makes her a tremendous asset,” Ed Anderson, executive VP of the IMS division at Sigma Defense, said in a statement published Monday.
