Before her appointment, Altaf was the company’s assistant general counsel for corporate compliance and investigations for over two years.
Altaf moved to Peraton through its 2021 merger with Perspecta, where she served as senior counsel for ethics and investigations.
Prior to joining Perspecta, she was assistant general counsel at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and senior adviser for compliance and ethics investigations at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC).
Earlier in her career, Altaf worked for McKenna Long & Aldridge as an associate counsel focused on aviation litigation, government investigations and regulatory compliance.
