The Department of Defense said Friday the modification raises the cumulative value of the task order from $524.2 million to $698.4 million. DARPA will allocate $1.9 million and $34.7 million from fiscal 2024 and 2025 research and development funds, respectively. The project will be performed in Arlington, Virginia. It is expected to be completed by June 2026.
Previous Task Order
SecuriGence secured a similar deal in June 2023. DARPA’s IT directorate awarded the company a $93.8 million task order modification for IT, engineering and infrastructure services supporting the agency’s mission and research objectives. The multi-network support services contract was initially issued in September 2021 under the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule contract. It is valued at $735 million and extends to nine years if all eight option years are exercised.
