Seana Rubin, a two-decade human resources professional in the government contracting industry, has joined QinetiQ‘s U.S. subsidiary as vice president of HR.
She will oversee day-to-day HR functions within the QinetiQ US organization and be responsible for implementing business talent initiatives, the company said Thursday.
Most recently, Rubin held the same position at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) where she led growth and innovation strategies and corporate functions for SAIC’s horizontal business group.
Rubin holds senior certified professional certification from the Society for Human Resource Management and strategic HR business partner certification from the Human Capital Institute.
Her GovCon career also included HR roles at SRA International and Computer Sciences Corp.
