He will nurture client and partner relationships, identify customers’ emerging and current needs, come up with approaches to support the National Security Strategy and help facilitate the delivery of the company’s digital and analytic platforms, management advisory, logistics support and other service offerings across homeland security and intelligence markets, LMI said Monday.
Recinos previously served as director of LMI’s Department of Homeland Security for Customs and Border Protection initiatives.
He brings to the role over two decades of experience working with DHS, CBP, General Services Administration and other federal clients and more than 30 years of experience in civil engineering, border security, project and program management and construction management.
“Scott truly understands the needs of our CBP and DHS clients and knows how to support their missions proactively,” said Pete Pflugrath, senior vice president of markets and growth at LMI.
