Sarah Abdow, formerly a vice president of Insignia Technology Services, has been appointed director of federal civilian health at General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) information technology unit, FedHealthIT reported Wednesday.
She previously held senior associate roles at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and PwC before joining Falls Church, Va.-based health IT firm Cognosante as VP in 2017.
Earlier in her career, she spent time at Morgan Stanley, ProShare Advisors and ASB Capital as portfolio associate, portfolio analyst and assistant VP, respectively.
She has more than 18 years of business development and program management experience.
