Stephen Ambrose, chief climate scientist of Science Applications International Corp., will moderate a fireside chat session with Michael Berkowitz, a founding principal of Resilient Cities Catalyst, at GovConWire’s virtual forum on Thursday, Nov. 18.
Ambrose was appointed to his current role in July and oversees an SAIC program aimed at helping government and industry customers develop approaches to address the challenges of climate change.
His four-decade career has included time at General Dynamics Information Technology, Woolpert, CollabraLink Technologies, NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Interior Department’s Fish and Wildlife Service.
