Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) secured national security contracts worth approximately $1.1B combined during the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2020, bringing the total full-year contract wins in the category to $2.8B.
The awards include the U.S. Air Force’s Common Computing Environment contract or Cloud One valued at more than $727M and a $265M classified space contract, SAIC said Monday.
Most of the contracts cover mission operations, information technology modernization, engineering and technology integration services in support of classified space and intelligence community clients.
Michael LaRouche, executive vice president and general manager of SAIC’s national security group, said the company’s performance in the cloud, space and intelligence domains since it completed the Engility acquisition has presented opportunities to advance business growth initiatives.
“We are excited to end the fiscal year on a high note and to continue this momentum into the new fiscal year,” LaRouche added.
