Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has secured positions on contracts worth $812M combined to provide technological platforms and support services for U.S. national security and intelligence agencies. SAIC said Wednesday the contracts awarded in late July include operational and technical support across information technology modernization, engineering and technology integration areas.
Michael LaRouche, executive vice president and general manager of SAIC™s national security customer group, said SAIC is privileged to collaborate with the intelligence community on high-consequence missions and the awards seek to reflect the company™s efforts to deliver value to the community.
The contracts came six months after SAIC closed its $2.5B purchase of Engility as part of a strategy to broaden its IC portfolio.
