Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has received a potential seven-year, $861M contract to provide command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems to the U.S. Navy‘s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic.
SAIC said Thursday it will procure, fabricate, assemble, integrate, test, inspect and deliver a multiple platforms that include complex designs Navy program offices will provide in technical data packages.
C5ISR systems under the single-award contract include integrated engineered cable and mounting kit assemblies, hardware and software and security applications.

Jim Scanlon, senior vice president and general manager of SAIC™s defense systems customer group, said the company will continue assisting SSC Atlantic in efforts to simplify production operations and equipping soldiers with modern technology.
The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract has a five-year base value of $597M.
SAIC will perform work in Charleston, S.C., and Norfolk, Va.
