A joint venture between Rothe Development and Ares Technical Services Corp. has secured a potential $814 million contract to help two NASA offices manage information technology and multimedia operations.
The Rothe-Ares JV will provide support to the agency’s chief information officer and communications departments under the Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services contract , NASA said Tuesday.
Work comprises IT and information management, digital communications and customer collaboration.
The award has a three-month phase-in period, a one-year base term, seven 12-month options and an additional six-month extension.
