LeClere is expected to apply his expertise in financial performance interpretation and consultation to his new role, which includes operational decision-making, financial analysis and reporting, QinetiQ US said Thursday.
He will report to QinetiQ US Chief Financial Officer Robert Waffle, contribute operational insights to the executive team and lead business case and financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
While at SAIC, LeClere supported integration efforts related to the company’s acquisition of Halfaker and Associates in mid-2021. He previously served as Halfaker’s CFO and held financial leadership roles at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology business, Vangent and AT&T/Lucent Technologies.
