Rimas Guzulaitis, former special projects vice president at RTX (NYSE: RTX) subsidiary Raytheon, has joined V2X (NYSE: VVX) as VP of enterprise integration and transformation, he announced in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday.
He built his career at Raytheon, having joined the company in 1998 as a software engineer.
Before Raytheon became RTX, Guzulaitis took on various roles and developed his expertise in software engineering and eventually became director of business development for the company’s technical services division.
Under Raytheon’s intelligence segment, he was a senior director of program management for the platform systems mission area, and later senior director of surveillance and targeting systems.
Guzulaitis has a master of business administration degree in finance from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business. He also earned a master of science degree in engineering management at Rose–Hulman Institute of Technology.
