Novetta Vet Rick Johnson Named IntelliBridge CFO

Rick Johnson, a more than two-decade financial and accounting professional, has joined IntelliBridge as chief financial officer.

He will bring to the McLean, Virginia-based technology services contractor his expertise in corporate financial analysis, project lifecycle management and M&A due diligence and integration, IntelliBridge said Thursday.

Johnson previously served as vice president of finance at Novetta, which is now part of Accenture Federal Services. He also held finance leadership roles at BAE Systems and Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH).

IntelliBridge CEO Cass Panciocco said Johnson’s experience in the federal government services industry, leadership and insight will be invaluable as the company continues on its growth efforts and advances key initiatives.

IntelliBridge is a McLean, Va.-based portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital and is focused on providing intelligence, cyber, cloud and digital support services to federal civilian, defense and intelligence agencies.
