Rhonda Casper, a 24-year human resources professional within the aerospace and defense industry, has been appointed senior vice president of HR at Herndon, Virginia-based information technology and cybersecurity company NetCentrics.
Her new responsibilities cover talent acquisition and management, and organizational growth and planning, NetCentrics said Thursday.
Casper most recently served as chief HR officer at Empower AI and previously held senior HR and talent acquisition roles at Tyto Athene, ASRC Federal and URS Corp.
She has managed leadership development, employee wellness and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging programs in the workplace over the course of her career.
