Paul Lemmo, vice president of integrated warfare systems and sensors at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), has been promoted to president of the aerospace and defense contractor’s Sikorsky subsidiary, Inside Defense reported Wednesday.
He will succeed the retiring Dan Schultz, a 14-year Lockheed veteran, in January and will bring to the role his more than three decades of leadership experience.
Lemmo joined Lockheed in 1987 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including VP of sensors and global sustainment and senior VP of corporate strategy and business development.
Jon Rambeau, VP of C6ISR within Lockheed’s rotary and mission systems business area, will replace Lemmo as VP of integrated warfare systems and sensors.
Gregg Bauer, VP of Lockheed’s undersea warfare and integration programs market segment, will assume the responsibilities of Rambeau as VP of C6ISR.
