Nancy St. Louis, a two-decade public and private sector veteran, has joined Redhorse to serve as chief operating officer and she will oversee day-to-day operations of the San Diego-based technology services provider.
As COO, she will lead the creation of operational policies, structure and procedures that align with Redhorse’s developmental goals and commitment to helping government customers adopt data technology, the company said.
St. Louis previously held the COO role at Triumph Enterprises and SGI Global. Her career also included prior leadership positions at ManTech (Nasdaq: MANT), Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), TASC, the U.S. Navy and the CIA.
She spent four years on the Senate Select Committee, initially serving as director of audits and evaluation and later as deputy budget director.
John Zangardi, CEO of Redhorse and a 2022 Wash100 winner, described St. Louis “a phenomenal leader” who has the capacity to drive the company’s growth, innovation and customer success.
