Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) has received a $212.7 million contract modification to provide engineering services for the U.S. Armys Patriot program.
The company will also provide Patriot support to foreign military sales clients such as Germany, Greece, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, South Korea, Taiwan, the Netherlands and the United Arab Emirates, the Defense Departmentsaid Friday.
Patriot is built to help combat threats such as tactical ballistic missiles, cruise missiles and drones.
Raytheon will carry out the contract in various U.S. locations through Jan. 31, 2017.
