Raymond Holder’s Career Highlights
Holder has over 20 years of experience in the federal technology market.
He joined CGS from the technology services company Maximus, where he served as vice president of digital growth for over a year.
Before Maximus, he was with Amazon Web Services for nearly five years and held the roles of executive strategist for the U.S. federal sector and growth leader for AWS Marketplace.
The executive also has a brief stint as business development VP at Perspecta and spent a year as a U.S. public sector offerings sales leader at DXC Technology.
Earlier in his career, Holder held leadership roles throughout his 15 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
