Primus Aerospace , an aerospace and defense components manufacturer backed by Angeles Equity Partners, has acquired fabricated metal parts supplier Raloid in a push to enter the tier 1 business segment of the defense industry.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed and Angeles Equity said Tuesday the acquired small business will maintain its existing brand name.
Raloid offers precision component manufacturing, assembly and integration and build-to-print manufacturing services in support of defense and aerospace programs.
The business previously manufactured components and subassemblies for defense contractors Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) and Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX).
