Santighian will oversee the company’s strategy and growth initiatives and drive the delivery of platforms and services in the areas of cloud, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence and machine learning, enterprise transformation and acquisition management to Department of Defense customers, ECS said Thursday.
ECS President John Heneghan welcomed the addition of Santighian to the company’s leadership team.
“His 25 years of federal experience and proven ability to grow organizations, build and lead high-performing teams, and deliver mission-enabling solutions for DoD clients will serve us well as we bring even greater capability and focus to our key Defense customers’ missions,” said Heneghan, a 2024 Wash100 awardee.
Santighian most recently served as chief strategy officer at Halvik, which is focused on delivering digital services, advanced analytics, cybersecurity and logistics support to DOD clients.
He also held leadership roles at Stanley Associates, CGI (NYSE: GIB) and Edgesource.
His appointment marks his return to ECS, where he served as a VP and federal civilian account executive for more than two years.
