Peraton has received a potential five-year, $120.7 million contract from the U.S. Navy to conduct research and develop prototypes of spacecraft electronics and airborne electronic systems.
The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract has a base value of $23.5 million and contract work will occur in Washington, D.C., through Dec. 16, 2026, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The company will provide spacecraft research, analysis, test, integration, data processing, demonstration and documentation support services related to administrative, logistics and management functions.
The Naval Research Laboratory is obligating a total of $235,000 in research, development, test and evaluation funds for fiscal years 2021 and 2022 at the time of award.
