Jeff Bohling, CEO of Empower AI, noted Harrington possesses “leadership, enthusiasm and knowledge of our nation’s challenges” and will be a key part of the company’s transformative initiatives.
Harrington spent nearly nine years at McKinsey and previously served as client development leader for the company’s global public and social sector practice and the U.S. public sector.
The former U.S. Army officer left the global management consultancy in 2021 to launch Pathfinder Consulting Group, a boutique strategy consulting firm serving private sector and government clients.
His industry career included time as a strategic account manager at CGI‘s (NYSE: GIB) federal subsidiary and vice president of business development at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology.
He led the civilian and national security business development team at Vangent before its acquisition by General Dynamics in 2011.
