An industry team led by Parsons (NYSE: PSN) has received a potential five-year, $160 million blanket purchase agreement to continue delivering enterprise construction management services to the Department of Energy and the National Nuclear Security Administration.
Augur Consulting, JGMS Government Services, Crawford Consulting Services and Longenecker and Associates are part of the Parsons-led team and will provide technical and professional services to support the operational requirements of projects run by DOD and NNSA across the world through task orders to be issued under the single-source BPA, Parsons said Thursday.
Services include strategic planning for technology initiatives and activities; testing and evaluation; system, design, engineering and integration; construction management and engineering consulting services; acquisition and lifecycle management; concept development and requirements analysis.
Jon Moretta, president of engineered systems at Parsons, said the company has provided engineering and environmental support to DOE and NNSA for nearly 75 years and is keen on delivering such services to meet the critical needs of federal customers and help them carry out their national security missions.
The BPA has a one-year base term and four option years and marks the third ECMS contract that Parsons secured in support of DOE’s national security and defense missions.
