Salazar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement. She most recently served as VP of human capital at BlackSignal Technologies, a cybersecurity, digital signal processing and electronic warfare company acquired by Parsons in July 2024.
Prior to that, Salazar was with Blue Ridge Envisioneering as head of human capital and Veros Technologies as talent manager. She also worked as a recruiting and new hire experience manager at BlackHorse Solutions for over three years. Parsons acquired BlackHorse in 2021. Salazar also had a two-year stint at CACI International, serving as a college recruiter and recruiting coordinator.
Her early career was rooted in retail. She held area manager and store manager roles at loulou Boutiques, where she worked for over two years. Before that, she was a buying intern at Stein Mart.
