Palantir to Provide Data-as-a-Service Platforms Under 3 Air Force Contracts

A Palantir Technologies (NYSE: PLTR) subsidiary has received from the U.S. Air Force three separate one-year contracts worth $110.5 million combined to provide data-as-a-service platforms to support command and control and decision-making operations.

Palantir USG will support the Headquarters Air Force by enabling HAF to integrate personnel, health, equipment and other readiness information into the common data foundation to facilitate data analysis and decision-making process under a potential one-year, $58.5 million contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The company will provide commercial software licenses and C2 and space stuational awareness capabilities to operational users at the Combined Space Operations Center and National Space Defense Center under a $32.8 million contract.

Through this contract, the vendor will enable the data-as-a-service offering to ingest special access program data.

Palantir will support North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command by providing its data-as-a-service tool to help integrate data from geographic and functional domains to back Joint All-Domain Command and Control-related planning and operations through a $19.2 million contract.

Space Systems Command expects work on the contracts to occur in Palo Alto, California, through June 15, 2024.
