NTT Data said Monday it will work with subcontractor Thomson Reuters to deploy a court management system – Thomson Reuters C-Track – as replacement to the Case Access System for EOIR, also known as CASE.
Tim Conway, executive vice president and group president for public sector at NTT Data Services and a 2021 Wash100 Award winner, said the company is honored to have been selected to help DOJ meet its technology needs and will use its experience in the management and modernization of platforms in support of the ECAS initiative.
Under the contract, NTT Data will also provide discovery, planning and portfolio management; data design; system architecture and security; system/network implementation, integration and configuration; business analysis; testing; data management; and training and documentation support services.
DOJ’s ECAS initiative is an information technology modernization effort that seeks to retain records and case-related documents in electronic format while phasing out paper-based processing and filing operations in order to facilitate timely adjudication of immigration cases.
