With the prevailing and emerging cybersecurity threats to U.S. critical infrastructure, the public and private sectors work to fortify national security systems’ defense against malicious actors in the cyber domain.
GovCon Wire’s Defense Cybersecurity Forum on May 12 will feature Morgan Adamski, chief of the National Security Agency’s Cybersecurity Collaboration Center, as keynote speaker. During the virtual event, she will give her perspective on agency initiatives and industry partnerships to address the cyber crisis.
“Cybersecurity is a team sport. Partnership is critical because no one organization has the full picture,” Adamski said at a FedInsider-hosted virtual forum last month.
In her current capacity, Adamski spearheads NSA’s collaborative work with commercial entities to transform cyber defense approaches.
She previously served as deputy strategic mission manager at the agency and led cooperation with the private sector to support cybersecurity of the defense industrial base.
Adamski earned her bachelor’s degree in peace, war and defense, with a specialization in national security from the University of North Carolina, and her master’s degree in strategic intelligence from Mercyhurst University.
