Michael King
Michael King, formerly vice president of business development at Northrop Grummans (NYSE: NOC) cyber and intelligence mission solutions division, has joined Peraton as chief growth officer.
King will oversee business development, capture, mergers and acquisitions, customer engagement, strategic pricing, proposals and other components of the Herndon, Virginia-based government technology services contractor’s growth strategy, Peraton said Monday.

He will also work with the chief technology officer and other members of the executive leadership team to meet clients mission requirements through the firms technology capabilities.

Michaels extensive understanding of Peratons customers and his broad experience in implementing sustainable growth strategies make him an ideal leader to advance Peratons growth objectives, added Shea, a 2018 Wash100 recipient.
King held other senior leadership roles at Northrop such as VP of civil systems and director of strategy for cyber division.
Prior to Northrop, he spent seven years at System Automation as director of sales.
King sits on the Intelligence and National Security Alliances advisory board and is treasurer of the IJIS Institutes board of directors.
