Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) has received a potential four-year, $86.2M contract to provide support services for a radar system the U.S. Army uses in tactical reconnaissance missions.
The company will support the military branch’s Starlite system through Jan. 31, 2023, under the hybrid cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
Army Contracting Command will provide work locations and funds with each order.
Starlite compact radars is designed to integrate with manned and unmanned aircraft vehicles that conduct surveillance, maritime search, targeting and personnel detection operations.
