Noblis has merged a wholly owned subsidiary, Noblis NSP, into the nonprofit science and technology organization in a move to consolidate service delivery efforts for law enforcement and intelligence agency clients.
Ellen McCarthy, former president of Noblis NSP, will transition into the role of vice president of intelligence and analytics and manage programs that cover at least 14 federal agencies, the nonprofit said Thursday.
“Moving forward, this merger will streamline and strengthen the services, capabilities and expertise we deliver to our national security clients,†said Amr ElSawy, Noblis president and CEO and a 2018 Wash100 recipient.
Noblis purchased National Security Partners in 2014 in order to expand its intelligence service offerings and operated NSP as a subsidiary since then.
