Noble Supply and Logistics has acquired Tactical and Survival Specialties , a special operations equipment provider to the military and government sectors, for an undisclosed sum in a move to expand product offerings that can support the Department of Defense mission.
Noble said Wednesday the deal adds tailored logistics to the Boston-based company’s SOE support portfolio.
“This acquisition brings together two companies that are razor-focused on ensuring that our warfighters and government customers have the supplies, gear and equipment they need to complete their missions,” said co-founder and CEO Tom Noble .
Noble expects the partnership to establish a one-stop source of SOE and maintenance, repair and operation services for customers in the sector.
