What Is the Scope of the Solicitation?

According to the solicitation notice published Thursday on SAM.gov, the requirement covers support across Coast Guard platforms, including afloat and ashore communications systems tied to C5ISR operations. Work will include maintenance, sustainment and operational support for high-frequency satellite communications and IT functions.

The effort also includes life cycle support for multiple equipment categories, including Coast Guard- and Navy-owned systems deployed across various platforms. The task order has an estimated value of $250 million.

What Are the Other Contract Details?

The government anticipates awarding a performance-based cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort and cost task order resulting from this solicitation. The opportunity is limited to SeaPort NxG multiple-award contract holders. SeaPort NxG is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle that provides the Navy with an integrated approach to procuring professional support services. Proposals are due April 30.
