Nina O’Loughlin’s Career History
Before joining DLH, O’Loughlin served as senior director of pricing and competitive intelligence at Peraton for six years. She was also with Maximus for two years as the director of federal pricing.
O’Loughlin spent over three decades at Northrop Grumman, most recently serving as the director of estimating & pricing.
