The 37-year Navy veteran previously directed the military branch’s Naval Nuclear Propulsion program until he retired in 2013, HII said Wednesday.
He also commanded the Naval Submarine Forces, Submarine Group 8 and USS Key West attack submarine as well as worked for the Pacific Fleet Nuclear Propulsion Examining Board, the staffs of the Bureau of Naval Personnel and Joint Staff during his military career.
Donald is currently a leadership fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors, executive adviser at NexPhase Capital Partners and board member at Battelle and Entergy.
