The Navy received two offers for the $250M Lot 1 contract and the $100M Lot 2 contract through a rolling admission solicitation process and will provide a $10K minimum guarantee to each awardee through the issuance of delivery orders, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
Contractors must provide the human resources and facilities necessary to accomplish ship modernization, repair and modernization goals.
The service branch intends to issue four delivery orders worth a combined $40K total at the time of award of both IDIQs. DoD expects the awardees to complete work by February 2021.
