Navy Picks Booz Allen, Solute, Geocent for C4ISR Systems Engineering ServicesBooz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), Solute and Geocent will compete for task orders under a U.S. Navy contract to provide systems engineering and integration support for the Defense Department™s command, control, computers, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platforms.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific received six offers for the cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that covers concept development, engineering, design and engineering services for C4ISR systems, DoD said Thursday.

Each of the multiple-award contracts has a base term of two years with an additional three-year option and calls for contractors to perform work in San Diego through May 31, 2019.

Contract values for individual companies are as follows:

  • Booz Allen: base value of $14.8 million with a $43.5 million ceiling if all options are exercised
  • Geocent: base value of $15.6 million with a $46.5 ceiling if all options are exercised
  • Solute: base value of $15.9 million with a $47.7 million ceiling if all options are exercised
