Seven companies have won potential five-year contracts to provide software development and engineering support services for the U.S. Navys oceanography and meteorology systems.
The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific received nine proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts that each contain a two-year base period and a three-year option, the Defense Departmentsaid Friday.
Work will occur in San Diego through August 2023 should the Navy exercise the option and also include information operations support.
The awardees and contract details are provided below:
Forward Slope: base value of $20.2 million with a $52.1 million ceiling if the option is exercised
General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) information technology business: base value of $20.9 million with a $53.8 million ceiling if the option is exercised
Geocent: base value of $18.3 million with a $47.4 million ceiling if the option is exercised
P&J Robinson: base value of $20.2 million with a $52 million ceiling if the option is exercised
Solers: base value of $22 million with a $56.8 million ceiling if the option is exercised
Solute: base value of $17 million with a $43.8 million ceiling if the option is exercised
Technology Unlimited Group: base value of $22.4 million with a $57.7 million ceiling if the option is exercised
