Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic and founder of government contracting’s highest honor, the Wash100 Award, hand-delivered the prize to first-time recipient Jane Rathbun in a recent meeting at the Department of Defense.
Rathbun serves as chief information officer of the Department of the Navy, a position she’s held since October 2023 and wherein she directs an annual spend of $12 billion.
