Navy Awards Five Spots on Potential $249M Cost Analysis Support IDIQ

Five companies have been selected to compete for orders under a potential five-year, $249M contract from the U.S. Navy to perform system-level cost analyses.

Naval Sea Systems Command received seven offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and the military service will obligate $15K to cover the minimum guarantee for each awardee, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.

Contractors will analyze total ownership costs as part of the initiative. The Pentagon expects all contract work to conclude by February 2025.
